What each state row holds
| code, name | The state's postal code and name. |
| detail_url, ratio_url | The state's page on rxshift.io, and the ratio calculator set to that state. |
| citation | The statute or regulation the state's page cites. |
| rule, certification_effect, answer | The state's rule, its certification requirement, and the one-line answer, each as published on rxshift.io. |
| hours_heading, hours_text | The state's hours, rest and break section, where its page has one. |
| posting_duty | A posting or records duty the state's page states, where it has one. |
| pending | Pending legislation or rulemaking the page notes, where there is any. |
| last_verified | The date the state's rule was last verified against its primary source. |
