Co-Founder
Susan (Susie) Monahan-West, PharmD, BCGP
Susie has spent more than 25 years in pharmacy practice, focused on medication management, patient safety, and reducing therapeutic errors. She is Board Certified in Geriatric Pharmacy (BCGP).
RxShift started as a fix for her own problem. While standing up a new specialty pharmacy for Optum in Las Vegas, she needed a way to keep staffing provably compliant with Nevada’s ratio rules: something no scheduling tool on the market actually did. What she built to solve it for her own pharmacy became RxShift once she realized every small and mid-size pharmacy was fighting the same fight with a spreadsheet.

Jamison runs the business and technical side of RxShift so Susie can stay focused on the product working the way a pharmacist actually needs it to. He’s built and operated B2B software companies before this one.
