Nothing on its site describes a pharmacist-to-technician ratio or a state board of pharmacy rule: the compliance features it describes are general labor law, such as overtime, breaks and Quebec’s labor standards. In a state with a ratio or pharmacy hour rules, the part your Board inspects stays your job.

What Agendrix does well
HR and payroll depth, and a pharmacy page without a pharmacy rule.
Agendrix connects to Canadian payroll systems such as EmployerD, Nethris, Ceridian PowerPay and ADP Workforce Now, and carries HR records, e-signatures and surveys that RxShift does not build. Its published plans start at CA$3.25 per user per month, priced in Canadian dollars.
It sells to pharmacies today, with customer stories from Quebec chains. Nothing on its pharmacy page describes a ratio, a certification requirement or a record of who was counting each hour, and Agendrix does not claim to have one.
What a pharmacy owner should check
Three honest questions before you decide.
- Does your state set a ratio or pharmacy hour rules? Then Agendrix leaves the rule to you. RxShift checks every shift against your state’s rule as you build, and cites the rule it used. Find your state.
- Can it answer a board question about a specific Tuesday? We found no feature on Agendrix’s site for showing you held the pharmacist-to-technician ratio on a given day, and nothing on its pharmacy page claims one.
- Do you need HR records or payroll integration from the same tool? Agendrix offers them and RxShift does not. RxShift is a full scheduler in its own right, with time off, call-outs, swaps and a phone view, so its ratio check is not a bolt-on beside another scheduler.
