Georgia’s technician ceiling is a flat 4 per pharmacist — but reaching it requires a minimum number of certified technicians on duty. RxShift checks both the ceiling and the certification floor on every shift.

Georgia raised its ceiling from 3 to 4 technicians per pharmacist in 2021, and the certification requirement that comes with it is easy to build a schedule around wrong: the ceiling itself never moves, but you can’t reach 3 or 4 technicians without enough certified staff on the floor to back it up.
